What to expect

My therapeutic style:

Every person is unique, and their therapy experiences should be too. My goal is to help you identify your personal strengths and develop new skills that allow you to progress and excel in daily life. My therapeutic approach is very client centered and strengths based. I use integrative strategies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, and other emotionally focused approaches.

Fill out my contact form! We will schedule a 15 minute phone consultation to touch base about your concerns and hopes for therapy, as well as my therapeutic style. If we agree that we are a good fit, we can schedule our first session! Prior to our meeting, I will send you some additional intake paperwork to outline practice policies and go into more depth about your circumstances. At your first session we will work together to create goals for your therapy journey.

I offer in statewide virtual telehealth services. I am currently in network with Highmark, Aetna, Quest, and United/Optum insurances. I also accept private pay, and can provide super bills for out of network benefits.
